Returns and refunds
Sales are final when there is no issue with the order. A change of mind does not entitle you to a return, exchange or refund.
Print edition
If you received the wrong book, or if it is damaged or defective, email us at publications@synavox.ca. Include your order number and describe the problem. We will reply with the next steps and review an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Digital files
If the purchased PDF or EPUB file is inaccessible, incomplete or defective, email us at publications@synavox.ca with your order number and a description of the problem. We will review the situation and work toward an appropriate solution.
Requesting help
Please contact us before returning an item. Do not send any book to the publisher’s address without instructions. For questions about a return, refund or digital file, contact us at publications@synavox.ca.
This policy does not limit your rights under applicable laws in Quebec and Canada.
